We traveled to Sanford, MS to canoe the Okatoma river on Friday July 24. We packed overnight gear into the canoes and camped at the first takeout point Friday night. We canoed to the final takeout point on Saturday morning to wrap up the two day trip.

ALERT Meeting Review- May 16, 2009
May 27th, 2009We met at Mark and Jane Lukachick’s home and had a very successful meeting. We gave a update on ALERT events and discussed what the Word had to say about personal integrity. We then enjoyed a mechanic’s lesson from Mark Lukachick on how to tear down and repair a small engine and finished up with excellent fellowship over a great meal.

April 27th, 2009We manned a booth at the state CHEF Home School Convention and had an opportunity to meet Governor Bobby Jindal.
